Using the beta

Terms of use

Version proposed for the initial beta · Updated October 24, 2026

CryptoTradeSim is an educational cryptocurrency paper-trading service operated by Thomas Arthur Jenkins III, operating as CryptoTradeSim.

Read before accepting beta access. These terms are intended to be presented for your acceptance before you use an account. Visiting this information page does not create an account or a trading relationship.

1. Educational simulation

The service provides virtual funds, simulated orders, portfolio tracking, charts, and educational information. No virtual balance or simulated asset is money, cryptocurrency, a redeemable credit, or a right to receive an asset. CryptoTradeSim does not hold your real trading funds or execute trades on an exchange.

Content, signals, indicators, and estimates are for learning and experimentation. They are not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Simulated performance is not a prediction or guarantee of real trading results. You are responsible for independent decisions concerning real money.

2. Invitations and account access

The initial beta is free, invitation-only, and intended for adults aged 18 or older. An invitation is personal and does not authorize you to invite others, share an account, or bypass access controls. Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

Access to a Google account alone does not grant beta admission. Google and other sign-in methods are subject to their providers' terms. Future paid plans or broader availability would require separate information and agreement; these beta terms do not authorize a subscription charge.

3. Simulation and beta limitations

Features may be incomplete or unavailable. Market information may be delayed, incorrect, or interrupted. Orders are evaluated using prices the simulator observes; an order may miss a price crossing between observations, and a stop does not guarantee execution at its configured level. A simulated fill does not reproduce real exchange liquidity, slippage, fees, or order priority.

Background order evaluation is available only when the relevant feature is explicitly enabled and operating. Closing the app is not a guarantee that an order will execute. Check account status before relying on a save, and use available exports to keep a copy of important simulated work. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or recovery of all beta data.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and for its intended educational purpose. Do not access another person's account, probe systems without permission, disrupt the service, bypass rate limits or invitation controls, upload malicious material, or misuse information obtained from the service. Do not redistribute market data unless you separately have the necessary rights.

5. Your records, feedback, and our materials

You retain your rights in material you submit. You permit CryptoTradeSim and its service providers to process that material as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, resolve support issues, and carry out your instructions under the privacy policy.

We may use voluntarily submitted product suggestions to improve the simulator. This does not transfer ownership of your simulated records. The simulator's code, design, educational material, branding, and third-party market information remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Beta access grants permission to use the service, not ownership of those materials.

6. Changes, suspension, and ending access

We may change or pause beta features, suspend access for security or misuse, or end the beta. When practical, we will provide notice of a material change or planned shutdown. You may stop using the service at any time and contact support about an export or deletion request. We will handle information as described in the privacy policy.

Material revisions to these terms will be identified and presented before continued account use where agreement is required. A new public page alone does not authorize charges or change the purpose of previously collected Google data.

7. Responsibility and contact

The beta is provided on an experimental basis without a promise that it is accurate, continuously available, or suitable for real trading decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a selected court venue.

Questions, access problems, and account requests can be sent to support@cryptotradesim.com. Never send passwords, exchange API secrets, or wallet seed phrases.
